If the recipient is not available at given address, then we leave the order at the reception/security guard. If they do not accept the order then we try to contact the recipient and coordinate accordingly. 

However, if the recipient does not respond then the order status is updated as 'delivery attempted'. In these cases it is not possible to attempt the delivery again or refund the amount. We can redeliver the order but there will be some extra charges for the re-delivery.
