Why have I received an email stating that my order can not be delivered today?

Sometimes due to unavoidable and unfortunate circumstances, it is not possible to deliver the order on the specified delivery date. In these case we inform through email that we can either deliver the order on the next day or initiate the refund as per the customer's preference.
